Hello and welcome to Curls and Kinks Hair Studio

1. Mask Requirement

All clients are asked to wear a face covering when entering the salon(Not Mandatory). If you do not have a face covering one can be provided.

2. Be on Time

We understand things may happen, we kindly ask that you PLEASE BE ON TIME for your appointment as we operate a very tight schedule. In some situations where clients are less than 15 mins late we will try to make accommodations.

3. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments require a minimum 50% deposit when booking, this is to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is paid after your service. We Operate an ONLINE booking system only, so visit our website to book. Please note We do not accept bookings over the phone or via emails or texts. Curls and Kinks adhere to the Government guidelines of social distancing thus we are only accepting clients who have booked appointments ONLY. Sorry no extras please!

4. Booking an appointment

Follow these simple instructions:
1. First select the main service you want (For example If you want your Locs Retwist SELECT this option.)
2. Second choose any add-ons you want (For example A Wash or maybe a Locs style or possibly a hair colour SELECT.)
3. Third you choose the date and time you want (For example 1/2/23 at 10 am SELECT.)
4. Finally you pay your deposit and enter your details. And just like that you have booked your appointment, well done!!
Now a confirmation email of your booked appointment would be sent to you, Please ensure you check all your email folders especially your junk or spam mail. We look forward to seeing you.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

After booking your appointment the confirmation email you received allows for that. If you’ll like to cancel or reschedule, Just click the link Change/Cancel Appointment and follow the instructions.

If you are over 30 mins late for your appointment, it is automatically cancelled and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled (48hours) or Two days before the actual appointment. If you fail to do so ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE!!!! There is No exceptions.
